Since 2014 DuckDive has been working on an integrated Omni-Channel approach to turn swissrent into an outdoor experience, and convenience platform.

The Turnaround

DuckDive concentrated on several initiatives including the launch of the swissrent App, a heavier focus on storytelling through video and concentration in Social Media, developing swissrent’s own image world, a new optimised rental platform, and inventing a groundbreaking Rewards-Program called ‘mountainmiles’ with interactive Challenges and Connect-to-Strava functionality.
